2010 Spillover 01 : Starcity-finally!

 Labsy and I ended a great October last year with two cancelled flights turned into a 5-star-hotel stay and a grand buffet dinner at Century Park. Then we thought, the next trip would be next year. Guess what? No!

Just when November came, we visited his dad, my grand dad and aunt in the last places we saw them before they were lowered down 6 feet below the ground. After which, we were convinced that there will be no more trips until the end of the year and had to start decorating for Christmas.

But on November 5, mom suddenly decided to go to Manila to meet with Papo and declared, we are joining her..!! (She cannot travel alone...) So that night, we booked flights going to Manila, no return flights just yet!

So, in Manila, again, for I forgot how many times last year, we went to Papo's ship, left Mom there and went out to the amazing 7-time-attempted place, Starcity! Finally!

In almost every time we visited Manila, we tried to visit Starcity and failed. But this time, we made it! Me, Labsy and Bro Nonots made it to the rides and to Mom's famous so-called-Norway, (Snow World), the Starcity.

We took a cab from SM Manila where we had dinner then went straight to Starcity, bought a ride-all-you-can ticket with 4D, lazer blaster and Snow World/Winter Funland for Php 450.00 each.

We started and laughed our way out with 4D; Slid on the snow and let the camera man capture our "cold" moments in Snow world; Run and hid in the dark in lazer blaster, the one we thought could be boring but created a great deal of excitement and thrill in us, along with our kid comrades; and then up to the rides of our lives, the surf dance that gave me goosebumps and the star flyer, which I really want to come back to, loved the very quick moment we were upside down.

It was a very heart pounding fun night and we all had a grand time!
