So dawn of Sunday, June 20, 2010, me, labsy and friends prepared ourselves, went to Mc Donalds, Matina and waited for our bus ride... We had coffee and hot choco and we even saw Ruben of PBB there, who was from Davao as well, while waiting for our adventure to kick off.

So the bus came, we took off and then I slept (as usual)... The next thing I knew, we stopped for a few minutes of picture taking where a mountain is visible from the back and then off to Lake Sebu starting point to have breakfast. And breakfast indeed was welcomed by tilapia, hotdog and coffee among others...

There are 7 falls in Lake Sebu, we zipped our way from falls #1 to #2. On our way near to falls #2, we found a crossroad, right road says falls #2, then left road goes to falls #3-7... Well, we went to falls #2, and was awed with it and of course, did not waste our time, took pictures and had fun. Since, we were one of the first few groups who arrived earlier, we were wondering, what to do next..??. We remember the crossroad, why not trek to falls #3-7? And so we did... and the adventure begun...

So we went back to the entry point going to falls #3-7... Started trekking; stopped ones in a while for photo taking and to take a-minute rest. While having fun taking photo , one of us shouted "ahas (snake)", but another corrected her and said, "oh it was just a butterfly..", so we just laughed.. But then about 10 seconds after, the former shouted "ahas, ahas na talaga (snake, this time, it really is a snake)"... and we all saw that it really was... It was a small snake, but it looks like a viper, thus we thought it was poisonous...

But despite the snake appearance, we still went on, carefully and quietly while passing by the snakes location, and did not forget to take it's photo for souvenir. :D.. And we thought, that was the hardest part of this trip. But it was not! We continued trekking, 'til we finished the said 1,620 more or less steps... and then back! Do you have any idea how tiring it was??? VERY... But we need to make a U turn and go back to the rest of the group for lunch, we were soooooo starving...

Eventually, we're back to falls #2, saw the rest having a delicious buffet, and so we went straight to the table, someone took our bag, another handed us utensils and off we went for lunch... and it was very satisfying...

We talked during lunch and found out that falls #3-7 weren't included in the IT, guess we missed that part... hahahahaha... but nevertheless, it was fun, perspiring and one great trek...

After lunch, we refreshed ourselves and went on for the Lake Sebu boating experience... Well, supposedly that is... It rained, and no boatman (bankero) would allow us to go on the trip... So we ended just taking pictures from afar... :((

After a few minutes, we went home and with my super tired legs, I so missed my bed and maybe a good massage... But I don't know what happened, the trip home went so lame... We arrived in Gen. Santos City by 7:00 PM, so I thought, maybe we'll be home by 9:30 PM, but guess what, we arrived in Davao City around 11:00PM, including the 'bout 30-minute stopover for dinner somewhere around 9:00PM....

But anyway, we were home then... with a fun memory of the place and friends... 'til next time!!...
