I cried yet again...

Image
And so it fell... And then comes the sobbing, the sneezing but the pain didn't stop... I cried yet again because of anger and pity.... I lost another dear one... I lost her because I failed to be a good caretaker... I hate myself for being so relaxed and forgetful... I've been wanting to give her the meds, but forget to buy one every time... I wasn't able to visit her as often as before... I was careless... And I blamed myself for losing her... And now, I missed her... I missed my Kiki... She was a brave friend... And an intelligent one to add... But she's gone... I'll never gonna see her again... But I wanna tell her, I'M SORRY... That's the only thing left to say... I'm forever grateful to her for the laughters we share... and forever be sorry for my shortcomings and for the things I missed... Goodbye Kiki... I hope I can make it up to you somehow... I loved you...

Be Grateful For Your Job

Be Grateful For Your Job The Word for Today with Bob Gass Sunday, 25th January 2009 In every thing give thanks. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 NKJV It's too easy to complain about your present position, whether it be as a nightshift cashier in a supermarket or the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, without appreciating how you got there. Where would we be without mothers taking up part time work so that their children could take piano lessons, or fathers working second jobs so that their children could attend college? Before you go any further, stop and give thanks for the contributions others have made in your life. You say, "But things are not going too well for me right now." Perhaps, but when Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers he couldn't possibly conceive that God would turn their evil intentions inside out and establish him as a leader to save the nation. The Bible records story after story where adversity leads to advancement and loss leads to gain. There's a m...

No "Glorification"

My head's turning... I feel like vomiting... I'd like to sleep for a bit, but I couldn't... It's Dec. 19, 2008. It has been a week now since we started waiting for the 10K additional bonus... Hmmm... sadly, we received a news yesterday that, we won't get it this year... That it will be given next year instead... Now that wasn't cool... Well, it's just that everyone's expecting it... We even call it "Glorification", because it is somehow, by GMA... And it's days before Xmas... Everybody would love an additional $$$ to extend the expenses for the holidays... But anyway, done is done... Guess, we'll just have to wait for it next year... :(

Hysterosonogram

Women who have been experiencing problems trying to conceive, infertility, abnormal bleeding or multiple miscarriages will most likely be sent to have a hysterosonogram. Because this diagnostic test can provide such detailed images of the uterus, endometrial lining and ovaries, it is most often used to identify if a woman has: Fibroids Polyps Scar Tissue Uterine Adhesions Uterine defects Additionally, a hysterosonogram can help determine the size, shape and exact location of any uterine abnormality, like polyps or fibroids. Women with endometriosis may also have a hysterosonogram performed in order to determine the extent of the endometriosis. And I did it!!! Yesterday... And who on earth said it is not painful? It was... and still is... Until now, I'm still taking pain relievers every six hours... A hysterosonogram will be performed before you ovulate but after your period, roughly around day 7 to 10 of your menstrual cycle, in order to avoid interfering with a potential pregnan...

Places - Gumasa

Image
It was not summer, yet, I longed for a white-sand beach, with wide area for walking and a clear beach for swimming... And what do you know! I heard about Gumasa... Some call it Mindanao's Boracay... Heard and seen lots of good comments about the place and so I was dying to go there... It was just last month (Oct 26 to be exact) when we (don and ji-me) decided to really go... Got our information on how to go there through the net... And we made it!!!! Getting there... It started with a taxi ride from our home to the land terminal in Ecoland Davao City. Then the yellow bus to Gen. Santos City costing Php 240 then for the 3-hour trip. And hey, no need to reach the terminal, just leave from the bus particularly at the point where passengers going to KCC mall are brought, drivers normally announced that. Or if not, just take a tricycle from the terminal to KCC mall, costs only Php 7 each. Well, at KCC mall, we looked for the van terminal for Glan. Glan is an hour away from GenSan and co...
