Sleep

Sleep is one of the things that the young generations, normally takes advantage. When I was younger, sleep would be the most little that I have. But that was because, we prioritize, other activities like studying, reading, listening to the music, engage in sports and maybe have fun on the streets, bar or just hanging out with friends.

Now, at my 30ish, I still enjoy a few hours of sleep, but at the end of the week, I get too exhausted and tired that it'll get drag up to the start of the following week. Hence, the first day of the following week would be a mess...

Lesson learned, never take advantage of anything. Every little thing that we have or we need, is a BIG part of our life, sleep as one of them... Even laptops, ipads, ipods, and the rest of our dearest gadgets even sleep... :)
