2010 Spillover 08 : Siquijor que Horror! Or so some thought...

A lot of people thinks Siquijor is a place of horror. Underlies the place are stories of different strange and unexplainable circumstance that most if not all believed it to be the work of another dimensional beings. beach @ the port side Most of us are scared to travel to this place cause we don't want to have a not-so-good experience with our third eye or with friends having one. But as our adventure mode kicks in, me, Rommel, Tess and Moses did not mind the rumors and stories we heard. We got ourselves tickets for a Dumaguete-Siquijor trip last December 18 and off we went for another adventure of a lifetime. We failed to get the first trip for the day so we got the 10:30 AM second fast craft trip for Php 160.00 each. Amazing how many people come and go to this place. I was imagining a not so crowded trip since a lot of people tend to not include this as a haven for a getaway. But I saw people not just the residents of Siquijor but also some tourists trying to squeeze them...

2010 Spillover 07 : Dumaguete Univer-City...

Me at Silliman University As we start our way home to Davao from Dapitan, we took the 4:00 PM 4-hour trip via Cokaliong's ( http://www.cokaliongshipping.com/ ) M/V Dumaguete bound for Dumaguete City last December 17. Rommel only got us the economy bunk so we only paid Php 260.00 each. The trip was okay, we had a lot of fresh air that brushed our hair and made us feel light and helped our wet clothes dry... :D Bay walk as we approach Dumaguete While on the vessel, I spent all my stay, as usual and expected of me, sleeping and trying to gain back the energy that was swept away by the combination smell of the fuel, ship smoke burst and sea breeze.
